Can I register to be a Marshall/Scorer etc for the 2010 Ryder Cup?

Hi there is a real shortage of places to stay at the moment and as soon as most accomodation is put up on accomodation websites its gone.Its going to be difficult the closer it gets.The newest and most publicised web site is http://www.ryder-cup2010.co.uk they also have rooms to rent instead of full homes so it works out cheaper.

would like to buy a round for 2 people to play on this course as an xmas present. At the moment I am not sure when they would want to play, is it possible to buy a voucher for this and take it from there.
